Patients may first be evaluated through the Surgery Outpatient Department (OPD), Mondays to Fridays (except Holidays). Consultation fees are approximately ₱150 and may be waived following assessment by the Social Services Office when applicable.

For eligible patients, hospitalization and surgical services may be covered through PhilHealth and available government assistance programs, including Malasakit Center services.
